With the nature and fragility of vintage watches, all watches are sold as is. We will do our best to describe, photograph and assist you to ensure full transparency but we do not provide any guarantee on movement accuracy, water-proofing or any other mechanical guarantee unless stated.

Please be mindful that our products are vintage and pre owned, with many decades of wear and use. Proper care and maintenance procedures must be taken in order to ensure your timepiece lasts.

When you place an order, funds must be cleared in full before we can ship your item. All watches remain the property of Horoligy until the watch has been paid for in full. All items will be shipped via express courier either FedEx or DHL within 2 to 3 days.

All watches come with a 3-day return policy Which means you can check the watch once received if there are any issues regarding originality of the watch or a difference of our description you are entitled to return the watch with a full refund. In the case of shipping, the time period begins when the parcel is signed for. In the case of delivery in person, the time period begins when the watch is collected by you.
